- Without limiting subsection (1), a licensee must ensure that the ratio of employees to children attending a community care facility is no less than that permitted in Schedule E.
Observation. Licensing observed two staff (ITE, ECEA) with five children in the Group Child Care (Under 36 Months). This did not meet the requirement for Schedule E which stated that an ITE and ECE was required for five children.
Corrective action. Ensure that the ratio of employees to children attending the facility is no less than that permitted in Schedule E.
