Observation. Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that a behavioural guidance technique of restraining children in a highchair for time outs was being used at this facility.
Corrective action. Ensure that a physical restraint is not used by an employee, except as authorized in child's care plan. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to this contravention.
