Observation. Five staff files reviewed. One staff did not have a record of immunization on file.
Corrective action. Ensure all staff have a record of immunization on file. Action/s Required by Licensing: Follow Up Inspection to be conducted.
3010 - CCLR 19(1)(f) - A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure
Observation. Licensing reviewed daily attendance in both programs. Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) had some days when ticks were used to show children in attendance.
Corrective action. Ensure attendance records indicate the time of arrival and time of departure. Action/s Required by Licensing: Follow Up Inspection to be conducted.
