Observation. Licensing observed five staff records; one staff record had an expired ECE certificate. The staff stated they did act as an ECE when required. The staff also indicated they were in process of completing the hours required to apply for certificate renewal.
Corrective action. Ensure that the ratio of employees to children attending is no less than that permitted by schedule E.
