  Observation. Licensing audited 3 staff files, 1 file was missing an immunization status record.

  Corrective action. Ensure a record is obtained for each employee evidence that they have complied with the Province's immunization program.

  Corrective action. Ensure that evidence is obtained for each volunteer that the person has complied with the Province's immunization program.

  Observation. Licensing observed that 3 out of 3 staff files had no character references.

  Corrective action. Ensure that for each employee at a facility that character references are obtained.
