Observation. Licensing observed that no emergency drill was documented, Licensee stated that it had been completed.
Corrective action. Ensure that emergency drills are being completed and documented at least once a year.
3020 - CCLR 56(1)(c) - A licensee must do all of the following:(b) operate the community care facility in a manner that will promote the health, safety and dignity of persons in care
Observation. Licensing observed that although playspace checks have been completed in the past, one had not been signed off on for January 6, 2025. Children were already playing outside and animal excrement was in the grass.
Corrective action. Ensure that play space checks are being completed prior to children using the space.
