    Observation. The Licensee informed that she does have a logbook for documented minor incidents, illnesses and unexpected events however was not able to locate it during the inspection. She informed Licensing that she had not been using it for awhile.

    Observation. Reviewed emergency drill records. Licensee was conducting & recording monthly fire drills, co-op fire evacuation drills and earthquake drills on a consistent basis for two years. This practice stopped at end of December 2022. Licensee stated her commitment to resume conducting and recording monthly fire drill and other drills.

    Observation. A gate is utilized to prevent children from accessing the kitchen. Along with a vinyl surface, the diaper change mat also has a cloth component to it.
