The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction. They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]
Observation. Licensing observed the following: - A wooden plank at the bottom of the storage shed is broken and exposing a rusted nail. - An orange traffic cone was placed on top of some bolts where a pre-existing teeter totter was originally placed. Manager mentioned it broke and was removed, and the cone is put in place to mitigate tripping hazards. A blue metal ball hoop equipment piece was placed around the traffic cone, with the purpose of making this area inaccessible. The metal hoop is unstable on the raised surface, and could potentially tip over. (As observed by LO-IT RC)
