  Observation. Licensing performed an audit of nine children's files this date. Two files were missing consent to call an ambulance.

  Corrective action. Ensure children's files contain consent to call an ambulance in case of accident/illness.

  Observation. Licensing performed an audit of five staff files this date. On file did not have a certificate validated through the ECE Registry. This item was corrected at time of inspection.

  Corrective action. Ensure educator or assistant certificates are validated through the ECE Registry.

  Observation. Licensing performed an audit of 10 children's files. Two files were missing consent to release a child to someone other than then parent. One file was corrected during the inspection this date.

  Observation. Licensing performed an audit of 10 children's files. Two files were missing medical practitioner information and one was missing phone numbers for the emergency contacts. The emergency contacts phone numbers were obtained during the inspection this date.

  Corrective action. Ensure children's files contain a medical practitioner and emergency contacts.
