  A healthy and safe environment is provided at all times [CCLR Sec. 13(1)].

  Observation. At today's inspection heavy rain was observed outside as the LO's started the inspection. The door that leads from the kitchen to the stairs that go down to the second exit door was opened to inspect the exit area. Water was observed to be dripping from the top if the door frame onto the floor below. The water appeared to be coming from the area above the door frame and leaking down. The Manager was asked to come and observe the water leak. The Manager took a video of the water leak and stated this had not been observed before. The area where the water was leaking from is not an activity area but is the second exit area with stairs that could impact safety in terms of a slippery surface.
