• A licensee must ensure that children are supervised at all times by a person who is an educator, an assistant or a responsible adult.

  Observation. Licensing observed children outside in the play space and inside, with only one staff inside. Staff stated the window was open so they could hear what was going on outside. While Licensing was on site, staff brought all children inside.

  Corrective action. Ensure that children are supervised at all times.
