    Observation. Licensing observed the Licensee's CRC had recently expired.

    Corrective action. Ensure to obtain a CRC for all persons working in a Community Care Facility.

  • A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: (c) a record respecting compliance with section 22 (2) (b) and (c) [emergency training and equipment]

    Observation. Licensing observed no record of emergency drill being recorded in the past 12 months. Licensee stated the drill was completed.

    Corrective action. Ensure to keep a record of implementation of annual emergency plan practices.

  • A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a)name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number (MSP number does not apply to REC only) and immunization status.

    Observation. Licensing reviewed five of seven children's files. One file was missing record of immunization status. While on site Licensee received a copy of the immunization record.

    Corrective action. Ensure to keep a record for all children showing record of immunization status.

  • The licensee must develop the care plan in consultation,with a parent of the child requiring extra support and any person requested by the parent.

    Observation. Licensing observed a care plan not in place for a child who required a puffer on an "as needed" basis.
