  Corrective action. Licensing observed that fire drill was conducted in March 2024.

  Observation. Licensing observed that Licensee's first aid certificate expired in November 2023.

  Corrective action. Ensure that children have at all times immediate access to an employee who holds a valid first aid certificate.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed two of two children's records. Licensing observed that for one child there was no area for persons not permitted access.

  Observation. Licensing observed that there was no log kept of outdoor inspections, maintenance and repairs. Licensee stated that inspections of outdoor play space are conducted daily.
