  There is an emergency plan that sets out procedures to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from any emergency. [CCLR Sec. 22(1)(b)]

  Observation. 72 hour Food and Water supplies are gathered at the centre and kept in rolling carts. The water supplies are expired and must be replaced. The food supplies are valid until 2025. As discussed the supplies gathered are insufficient for the maximum capacity of children licensed for. It was suggested that the Manager reach out to the School to ask if the school has emergency supplies that they would share with Saplings. Staff should know where the supplies are and how to access (key?/custodian?)

  Care plans are not reviewed at least once a year with a parent of the child requiring extra support and any person requested by the parent. [CCLR Sec. 58(2)(b)]

  Observation. 1 child with a Care Plan has not had a yearly review. The Care Plan should updated with the parent and health care professionals. The plan should be signed and dated. Send written confirmation by October 4/24
