The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction. They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]
Observation. The wooden fence at N/E end of the outdoor play space was re-inspected today after wind and rain storms. The wooden slats and footings are rotting. The fence is at risk of falling over which is a hazard. The Licensee has installed a safety barrier as a temporary fix.
