Observation. Licensing observed the children at their offsite location this date. Licensing observed it was a hot sunny day and the children did not have access to water. Staff stated that they did not have water with them. Licensee was not in compliance with their offsite play plan.
Corrective action. Ensure safe drinking water is accessible to the children.
