  Observation. The facility appears to be in clean condition. There are currently no hazards inside or outside the facility. The hot water has been turned off. The surface used for diaper changing is not easily cleaned between uses. This can pose a risk to children's health. Submit a compliance plan to address this issue on or before February 6, 2026.

• C4.1 - Are facility records current and complete?Non-critical

  Observation. Daily attendance has not been recorded since December 15, 2025. It is required that a daily record of each child's, presence or absence and time of arrival and departure is kept. Submit a compliance plan to address this issue on or before January 14, 2026. Daily play space inspection log has not been kept since December 12, 2025. It is required that the play space is inspected each day to ensure a healthy and safe environment and these inspections must be logged as a reminder for the licensee and as a verification tool. If the facility is closed or no children are in attendance, this should be recorded on the log. Submit a compliance plan to address this issue on or before January 14, 2026.

  Observation. The driveway leading to the entrance of the facility, the route leading to the backyard and the outdoor play space is covered in ice. Icy/slippery walk ways pose a risk of falling and injury to those attending the facility. Submit a compliance plan to address this issue on or before January 8, 2026. The facility is not in clean condition. The kitchen floors, counters and sink are cluttered and visibly dirty. In the washroom, there appears to be dried yellow liquid in the child size training toilet. A clean environment is important for health and safety of children. Submit a compliance plan to address this issue on or before January 8, 2026. The hot water in the washroom is 54 degrees Celsius. Water exceeding 49 degrees Celsius poses a risk of scalding. Submit a compliance plan to address this issue on or before January 8, 2026.
