  Observation. Licensing observed that the facility had not conducted an inspection of the outdoor playspace since care began in September 2025.

  Corrective action. Ensure the facility is operated in a manner that will promote the health, saftey and dignity of persons in care.

  Observation. Licensing observed that one child's file was missing an MSP number

  Corrective action. Ensure a record is kept for each child showing a medical services plan (MSP) number.

  Corrective action. Ensure licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing daily attendance record with a sign in and sign out time.

  Observation. Licensing audited five children's files. Two files were missing the name and number of a medical practitioner and one child was missing the number of a medical practitioner.

  Corrective action. Ensure licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the name and number of a medical practitioner.
