  Observation. Licensing audited two staff files. One file did not contain a record of immunization status.

  Corrective action. Ensure the evidence of compliance with Province's immunization & TB control programs obtained for employees.

  Observation. Licensing audited two staff files. Two files did not contain certificates validated through the ECE Registry.

  Corrective action. Ensure educator or assistant certificates are validated through the ECE Registry.

  Corrective action. Ensure to operate the community care facility in a manner that will promote the health, safety, and dignity of persons in care; including complying with the maximum capacity of children in a given service type under Schedule E of the Child Care Licensing Regulations.

  Corrective action. Ensure to obtain, for any person over the age of 12 who is ordinarily present on the premises, a criminal record check.

  Observation. Fire drills had not been recorded for November and December 2021 and an emergency drill had not been recorded. Manager stated they had been conducted but had not yet been recorded.

  Corrective action. Ensure a record is kept respecting compliance with section 22(2)(b).
