    Observation. Licensing measured the hot water in all the bathrooms/sinks that children access. The hot water in Room 3 measured 50 C. This represents an immediate risk to the health and safety of persons in care and must be corrected immediately. A plan for corrective action is to be submitted to Licensing. Full compliance will not be achieved until the plan has been implemented and completed.

    Corrective action. Ensure any hot water accessed by children is not heated to more than 49 C.
