    Observation. Licensing observed attendance record for the day of this inspection. Two children had left the facility to attend school however they had not been signed out on the attendance record. The attendance record showed five children in care but only three children were in care.

    Corrective action. Ensure an accurate record is kept of the time of arrival and departure for all children in care.
