  Observation. Licensing observed that Licensee had sporadic records of children's attendance.

  Corrective action. Ensure that daily attendance records are being kept for children.

  Observation. Licensing observed three containers full of standing water.

  Corrective action. Ensure that children to not have access to standing water and that is being emptied regularly.

  Observation. Regarding intake August 14, 2025. Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that while in care, a child was involved in a reportable incident as per Schedule H, which was not reported to Licensing within 24 hours.

  Corrective action. Ensure that the reportable incidents, per Schedule H are reported to Licensing within the 24-hours. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On October 3, 2025, Licensee submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: Licensee will notify Licensing reportable incidents within 24-hours. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing..
