Observation. Licensing observed that times of departures were missing for children in care on May 7, 2021 and June 9, 2021. Licensee Contact corrected during the Routine Inspection.
Corrective action. Ensure that, for each child, there is a record showing the time of departure from the community care facility. Action/s Required by Licensing: Follow Up Inspection to be conducted.
