  Observation. Licensing observed that a daily sign out time was not being recorded on the attendance sheet.

  Corrective action. Ensure for each child a record is kept showing daily attendance and the time of arrival and departure.

  Observation. Three children did not have medical services numbers

  Corrective action. Ensure that all children have medical services numbers.

  Observation. Two staff were missing up to date criminal record review

  Corrective action. Ensure all staff have up to date criminal record reviews.
