  Observation. Licensing observed the following accessible to children in care: - Sore throat medications that belonged to a staff in an open basket sitting on a low table. The medications were put out of children's reach at the time of inspection. - A sound machine electrical cord leading from an outlet to the floor, underneath a mat, then along the floor, then under a crib. The cord was loose with lots of slack posing an entanglement hazard.

  All indoor and outdoor play materials and equipment accessible to children are suitable for the age and development of the children, safely constructed, free from hazards and in good repair. [CCLR Sec. 16(4)]

  Observation. Licensing observed that the sandbox: - did not contain any sand. - did not have a cover to prevent animals and debris from getting in.
