A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.

Observation. While on site, the following was observed: -No covers for sandboxes, one staff noted that they thought the covers were on order. -Playhouses, a screw was sticking out at the door handle and one loose screw at the top of the roof. Staff noted that the playhouses were for sale and will be removed once sold

Corrective action. Please provide a written response to indicate how you will address the contravention noted above on or before July 16, 2026

A licensee must keep, for each child requiring extra support, a current care plan showing the following information: (a) the diagnoses relevant to the child's requirement for extra support, as made by health care professionals.

Observation. Two children whose file indicated that they have an allergy and potentially require a care plan. There is no care plan in place to help guide staff should the child come in contact with the allergen.

Corrective action. Please provide a written response to indicate how you will address the contravention noted above on or before July 16, 2026
