Observation. As discussed today the Log Book is to be used to record minor incidents, illnesses and unexpected events that did not require medical attention and were not reportable incidents. The Log book examined today had very few entries. It is expected that staff record all above. Unexpected events can be challenging behaviour, social issues, difficult parent interactions. The Manager reported a parent complaint regarding a child's hair, that was later clarified with the child. This Incident should have been recorded in the Log Book.
