The corrective action plan included: the staff handbook would be updated to state that all head injuries, regardless of severity, required an immediate phone call to a parent and a mandatory staff meeting would be held focusing on immediate notification protocols for illness and injuries. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.

  Observation. Licensing observed two classrooms did not have certificates posted in a prominent location.

  Corrective action. Ensure staff certificates are posted in a prominent place at the facility.

  Observation. Licensing audited ten children's files and observed six missing person's not permitted access.

  Corrective action. Ensure all children's files have record of persons not permitted access.

  Observation. Licensing audited ten children's files and observed one missing medical practitioner name and telephone number, one missing emergency contact name and number and one missing emergency telephone number.

  Corrective action. Ensure all children's files have name and number of medical practitioner and emergency contact.

  Observation. Licensing observed one Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) with eight children and two ECEA's and one classroom with four children and one ECEA.

  Corrective action. Ensure ratio of employees to children is not less than that permitted in Schedule E.

  Observation. Licensing audited ten children's files and observed one missing medial practitioners name and number and one missing medical practitioner telephone number. One file was missing an Emergency contact number.

  Corrective action. Ensure children's files have medial practitioner name and telephone number and emergency contact.
