Observation. Regarding intake March 31, 2026. Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that a staff was physically guiding children and frequently raising their voices at children to redirect behaviours.
Corrective action. Ensure that behavioural guidance is appropriate to age and development of child receiving guidance. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On April 14, 2026, Manager submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: a staff member was not longer employed effective immediately. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.

Observation. Licensing observed that one of the wood spindles was broken in fencing of the middle outdoor play area.
Corrective action. Ensure children do not have access to any object or substance that maybe hazardous to the health and safety of a child.

Observation. Licencing reviewed seventeen staff files. One file did not contain a valid criminal record check.
Corrective action. Ensure a valid criminal record check is obtained for all employees.
