- A licensee must ensure that children are supervised at all times by a person who is an educator, an assistant or a responsible adult.
Observation. Regarding intake November 6, 2025. Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that [child] had not be adequately supervised by staff.
Corrective action. Ensure that children are supervised at all times by and educator or an assistant. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On November 20, 2025, Licensee submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: staff reviewed the new continuous supervision policy that was created, by December 5, 2025, the gate would not be closed before staff ensured no children were there, conversations with parents would be brief to ensure supervision of the children was a priority. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.
