  Observation. Licensing audited ten children's files. One child's file did not have a medical insurance number and immunization status.

  Corrective action. Ensure children's files are complete.

  Observation. Licensing observed one Educator certificate was not posted. This was corrected during the inspection.

  Observation. Licensing observed outdoor play equipment accessible to children was not in good repair. One external metal platform had hazardous wholes and was rusty. One platform had wholes on the floor and steps. One slide was rusty, splintered and had sharp pieces.

  Corrective action. Ensure all outdoor play equipment accessible to children are safely constructed, free from hazards, and in good repair.

  Corrective action. Ensure current records for each child are kept showing the name and number of a medical practitioner.

  Observation. Licensing audited seven staff files and two had certificate validations from previous certificates. Assistant Manager corrected during inspection.

  Corrective action. Ensure all educators and assistants have valid certificates through the ECE Registry.
