    Observation. Licensing observed a Responsible Adult (RA) and an Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA) with twelve children in the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) program. This program requires at minimum, an Early Childhood Educator and an ECEA. This was corrected at the time of the inspection.

    Corrective action. Ensure that the ratio of employees to children is no less than permitted in Schedule E.

    Observation. Licensing observed that a child in the Group Child Care (Under 36 months)Toddler Room, did not wash hands before being given snack. Licensing observed children's water bottles stored on top of each other in a bin. Staff stated that children accessed their own water bottle throughout the day.

    Corrective action. Ensure a program to instruct children in, and to practice the rules of health and hygiene is established.

    Corrective action. Ensure a valid criminal record check is obtained for all employees.
