  Observation. Licensing audited four staff files. Three staff files did not have their certificates verified by the ECE Registry.

  Corrective action. Ensure ECE certificates are the ECE Registry.

  Observation. Licensing audited four staff files. One staff file had a CRC from another facility and one had one from the RCMP.

  Corrective action. Ensure a CRC is obtained for the staff files.
