  Observation. Licensing audited five children's files on this date and observed that each file was missing a record in writing from a parent to call a medical practitioner or ambulance in case of emergency.

  Corrective action. Ensure to maintain in writing from a parent a record to call a medical practitioner or ambulance in case of emergency.
