Observation. Licensing audited three children's files. One child's file did not have a digital image or photo.
Corrective action. Ensure a digital image or photo is obtained for children.

Observation. Licensing observed there were several occurrences that a record of children's departure times had not been recorded in December 2025 and no record of arrival and departure times for one child who started care on January 20, 2026.
