Observation. Licensing arrived at 1:08 p.m. and observed a child watching a show on the laptop until 1:55 p.m. The Licensee stated the child had an hour of screen time daily. This did not meet the requirement for DOLSOP to limit screen time to 30 minutes or less a day.
Corrective action. Ensure to keep written polices and procedures to guide employees in care and supervision of children.
