Corrective action. Ensure children's files contain medical practitioner information and an emergency contact.

Observation. Licensing performed an audit of three staff files. One file did not have a certificate validated through the ECE Registry. This item was corrected during the Routine Inspection.
Corrective action. Ensure all educator or assistant certificates are validated through the ECE Registry.

Observation. Licensing used the torso and head probe and determined that openings allowed the torso probe and not the head probe to pass on stairs that lead to the second level that was 4.5 feet in height and on top level of the house there where opening at the highest point.
Corrective action. Ensure that children do not have access to any object or substance that may be hazardous to the health and safety of a child.
