Observation. Licensing inquired about the diapering routine and the disposal of soiled diapers. Licensee stated that soiled diapers are discarded in the kitchen covered bin or taken to the outdoor bin if a second adult is available. Licensing discussed the requirement for a covered bin to be located by the diaper changing area to minimize cross-contamination.

This was originally found out of compliance on September 25, 2023, and March 11, 2025. - The kitchen safety gate is no longer functioning effectively, and the area contains hazards that pose a risk to children. This was originally found out of compliance on September 25, 2023. - Three shelves above 4 feet in height were not secured, creating potential tipping hazards. - A hanging electrical cord from a gaming system was accessible to children, creating a potential entanglement hazard.

The Licensee noted that digital communication with parents occurs regularly; however, a log capturing minor incidents, illnesses, and unexpected events is required.
