Observation. A child left their blanket at home and staff did not provide an appropriate alternative at nap time.
Corrective action. The licensee will provide a written response to Licensing detailing their action plan to address the contravention.
14360 - CCALA s.7(1)(b)(i) - Without limiting subsection (1), a licensee must ensure that (a) children attending a community care facility are divided into groups, with each group having no more children than that permitted in Schedule E.
Observation. A child under the age of 30 months was attending the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) program.
Corrective action. The licensee will provide a written response to Licensing detailing their action plan to address the contravention.
