    Observation. A child with allergies did not have a care plan available. The manager explained that the child is newly enrolled and the parents are still in the process of confirming the child's allergies and any course of action necessary. Licensing recommends to document this information in the child's file.

    Corrective action. Please ensure any care plans are developed in consultation with the parent of the child requiring extra support and any person requested by the parent.

    Observation. 4 staff files were reviewed and one staff did not have a site specific CRC. The manager explained that there has been issues with the sharing program and is in the process of obtaining a site specific CRC for the staff. Licensing recommends the manager to document the progress of obtaining the CRC in the staff file.

    Corrective action. Please ensure staff files are complete and updated.
