- RECORDS AND REPORTING
In respect of a record referred to in this Division, a licensee must (a) keep in a single place at the community care facility the records referred to in sections 56 to 58.
Observation. During inspection Licensing did not have access to staff records as they were not on site for review, staff certificates and first aid were posted. The Licensee has since forwarded staff documentation to Licensing.
Corrective action. The Licensee and Manager will ensure staff records are stored in a single place at the community care facility.
