  Observation. Fire drills for November and December 2025 was practiced but not recorded.

  Corrective action. Record all fire and emergency drills.

  A licensee must keep, for each child requiring extra support, a current care plan showing the following information: (b) the courses of action recommended by health care professionals to address the needs of the child requiring extra support.

  Observation. One child who requires an epi-pen and two children who required allergy medication did not have a care plan.

  Corrective action. Develop a care plan for any children who require medication

  A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed the daily attendance records and the children's departure times were not recorded in the AM. The manager said the children sign themselves in and out.

  Corrective action. Please ensure there is a system in place where staff are signing the children in/out of the program in the AM and/or PM.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed 6 children's files; 2 were missing an emergency contact. The manager said she will go over the files and ensure there are emergency contacts for each child, other than the parent.

  Corrective action. Please ensure there is a system in place to check that children's files are complete.
