- Without limiting subsection (1), a licensee must ensure that (b) the ratio of employees to children attending a community care facility is no less than that permitted in Schedule E.
Observation. A staff was left alone in the morning for approximately 5 minutes on multiple occasions to supervise more children than permitted. Additionally, a qualified ECE IT staff was not present to supervise a group of children under 36 months of age for approximately 30 minutes each morning.
Corrective action. The licensee will provide a written response to Licensing detailing their action plan to address the contravention.
