    Observation. Licensing observed no water flush chart being maintained to record an approved corrective action plan of a two minute water tap flush daily, to mitigate the risk of the facility's water containing higher than the allowable maximum concentrate of lead in water; Licensing observed the proposed Manager state there was not currently a stock of bottled water at the facility and that they were unaware the facility water contained higher than allowable maximum concentrate limits of lead in water and that she was unaware of the corrective action plan on file.

    Corrective action. Ensure to operate the community care facility in a manner that will promote the health, safety and dignity of persons in care.

    Observation. Licensing observed a solid wood stair and slide indoor play equipment with a fall height of two feet (0.61m) whereas there was not a recommended 6 feet clearance from the bottom of the slide to a nearby bookcase.

    Corrective action. Ensure 1.8 metre (6 feet) clearance around equipment is considered safest.
