Observation. Emergency supplies include two big Ziploc bags of fruit gummies, which are not enough food to respond to and recover from an emergency.
Corrective action. Staff said they will add more food.

- EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.
Observation. Licensing observed in Group Child Care (GCC) 30 months to school age classroom that one out of 3 toilet was broken and out of order since last week and two toilets were missing tank lid and it was covered with cardboard.
Corrective action. Please ensure that facility is clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.
