    Observation. Of the four staff files inspected, one did not contain a criminal record check which was obtained by the Licensee.

    Corrective action. Staff said that a CRC has been applied for, however, clearance has not been received.

    Observation. Earlier today, prior to inspection, 3 children under the age of 3 years of age were in care for 2 hours due to a child coming for gradual entry. .
