- POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: (c) a record respecting compliance with section 22 (2) (b) and (c) [emergency training and equipment].
Observation. The Manager informed Licensing that a emergency drill was practiced for the year 2021. However, Licensing was unable to review the emergency drill record for the year of 2021 as the Manager could not locate the record. Licensing provided education on ensuring that all fire and emergency drill records be kept, on-site, for at least the previous year.
Corrective action. Ensure that current records are kept for all fire and emergency drills.
