A licensee must ensure that all indoor and outdoor play materials and equipment accessible to children are (b) safely constructed, free from hazards and in good repair.
Observation. The outdoor play areas were reviewed during the inspection and the following items of concern were identified; - debris and garbage present - ground cover tarp posses a potential tripping hazard - foliage over grown in some areas posing a potential hazard The Licensing Officer reviewed in depth these items with the manager at the time of the inspection.
