Observation. Eight child files were reviewed, one was missing MSP number and one was missing doctor information.

Observation. A storage shelf in the main play room need to be secured.

A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (i) a photograph or digital image of the child, and other information that can be used to readily identify the child in an emergency.
Observation. Review of 4 children files observed that two children were missing photo or digital image to identify the child in case of emergency.
Corrective action. Please ensure that all children files are complete.

Observation. Review of 3 staff files observed two staff were missing verification of ECE/ECEA certificate on file.
Corrective action. Please ensure that all staff files are complete.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The cupboard in the classroom where the cleaning supplies are located was unlocked. The staff locked it once it was brought to their attention.
Corrective action. The cupboard will be kept locked
