A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. Licensing observed that one part of the outdoor fence beside the road was pushed back and has a gap in the middle. The gap is large enough for a child to walk out of play area unnoticed.
Corrective action. Please ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided while children are in care.
